Lived up to expectations and prior usage. Easily installed. If it lasts as long as the previous which is now still in use in laundry (26 years in kitchen) I will be very pleased. And a more than fair price.

The first one we received had some scatches in the porcelain. We called Amazon and they were great. They ordered another one for us and arranged to have the truck pick up the first one when the second one was delivered. Can't say enough about the service we received from Amazon. There was no additional cost to us. Second one was perfect and we love it.

We recently had this Kohler Karbon faucet installed in our kitchen along with a Kohler sink. This faucet is definitely a conversation starter and everyone who sees it wants to try it. We are very pleased with it so far. It is VERY solidly made so don't worry about moving it around and manipulating it as it can handle it with ease. Also, the water stream is very very good so don't think the design of the faucet limits the power of the water coming out as it is just as powerful, if not more powerful, than any other kitchen faucet out there. From both a form and functionality standpoint we are VERY pleased with this Kohler Karbon faucet. One interesting thing to not is that the hole which needs to be drilled for the handle is a lot bigger than the hold that needs to be drilled for the faucet. Just something to be aware of as it is a little unique to this faucet design. We saved several hundred dollars by ordering this faucet through Amazon. We looked at this faucet in person at a retail store and it was almost $1200 with tax. Amazon sold it for just over $800. Amazing price difference and kudos to Amazon for saving their shoppers money. Love this faucet!

Unlike the other reviewer, our faucet arrived in perfect condition. The styling and function of the faucet are both excellent. The control to switch the water flow between the normal stream and the wider spray works very well (a real treat after our prior Moen faucet). The ball joint at the nozzle head allows you to easily aim the spray any direction you want without flexing the hose. I also like the angle of the water jets in the wide spray mode. They are slightly angled inward which greatly reduces splashing. The only issue we have had is with the white finish. Within the first week, a small part of the white finish chipped off where the spray head retracts into the faucet stem. I bought a small bottle of white porcelain touch-up paint which worked well and the chip is not noticeable. However, if one of the metal finishes would work in your kitchen, I would recommend you consider those over the white finish.

In 2003 I bought my Kohler "Finial" kitchen sink faucet(K-377-4M BN Brushed Nickel).Now, 8 years later, Kohler is replacing the hot and cold valves as well as the aerator for free! I just called and the nicest woman heard my problem with a tiny leak on the hot water valve plus a broken aerator. After 5 minutes she had the items in the mail to me for free because of the lifetime warranty.Kohler is a great company with the best lifetime warranty I've seen.

Faucet was what I expected. Excellent quality and nice modern look. It was a simple install .... once I got out the old one! Only reason I didn't give it five stars is price. This is a lot of $$ for a faucet and while it's better than the $200 faucet's out there, it's not 2-3 X's as good.

I just bought what I thought was a beautiful replacement faucet for my old leaky faucet and now this one is leaking too after two week of use ! I do not recommend anyone buy this model!

We love our hands free faucet, but we can't keep it working! In 3 1/2 years we have gone through 3 aerators. When the aerator malfunctions, the water totally stops. The price to relpace it has almost doubled since the last time we called.Brizo Pascal was supposed to be top of the line in faucets, but what good is it if you can't get water out of it??

The sink was installed about 3 months ago and within a month, cracks began to form and grow. After inspecting the underside of the sink, a line of bubbles in the casting were noted along where the crack had formed. This was brought to the attention of American Standard and they refused to take any responsibility. I guess $600 is the breaking point for bad publicity. I will not be buying any other goods from American Standard from this point forward.

We purchased and installed this faucet back in November of 2009 and have really enjoyed it. I was a bit hesitant, given the price and still think it's not cheap but we re-did the kitchen completely in a modern clean line look and the faucet fits in perfectly. To a certain extent, it's a design element as well as a functioning faucet.The faucet itself has worked flawlessly and the various combinations that you can contort it into work really well; you can hit any part of the sink and the ability to adjust the height as much as you can is really handy for filling big pots or down low into the sink as well. The various combinations also offer a variety of different looks. The deck mounted handle is also handy for turning it on when your hands are dirty or you've been working with raw meat. You can just turn in on with your wrist and it becomes pretty intuitive quickly with respect to adjusting the temperature.It feels pretty solidly built but we've only had it for a little over 6 months so not really enough time to comment on durability.

Product very fine quality but unfortunately damage incurred in shipping. Original manufacturer outstanding in replacement. Shipped replacement after TWO mishaps with goods. Extremely high quality of cabinetry and vessel sink. Hardware included. A solid buy!

We're remodeling the kitchen in our 100-year-old house and wanted to keep the style era specific. I knew I wanted a bridge sink and fell in love with this one. It draws raves from everyone who sees it. It is absolutely gorgeous and looks great with my farmhouse sink. The only thing I am not crazy about is the low water flow which I assume is an energy saving feature. It's not terrible but quite different from what I'm used to. Also, the cold water tap turns backwards which will also take some getting used to. Nevertheless, I love it!

I am not a plumber, but I've installed a dozen or so faucets over the years. The instructions on this faucet are faulty and the faucet is badly designed. Combination of these factors turned a what should have been an easy one hour project to install this faucet turned into an epic 4 hour project. If you must install this faucet, position the faucet HANDLE internal mechanism 2.5" inches above the deck, not 2" as stated in the instructions. The instructions for placement above deck high on the SPOUT internal mechanism are accurate. Be prepared for a LOT of trial and error, as the design of these faucets does not ensure proper installation, and you must assemble and disassemble the entire faucet each time you try a new height, until the knobs turn freely and do not have a gap below them. Now that it is installed, I like the look, and quality is acceptable -- made in China, but "high end" made in China. Some noticeable machine marks and indentations on square tube portion of faucet but they are only perceptible in good light.

Got a clawfoot tub, and it was perfect!I would have preferred to have the showerhead handle in white though. But it just looks great!After having guests over, they talk to each other and say they want one like what we have!

Love the size and features of this sink. It was small enough to fit into my existing laundry room base cabinet, but large enough and especially deep enough to wash cleats and other soiled items without getting splashed by the water that comes off of them. It comes with a soaking basin and a drying rack that fit inside and these are AWESOME features. And, I am quite pleased that it came in the Kohler bisquit finish to match the other sinks in my house. Can't say enough good things about this product - I'd definitely buy it again!!
