Premier 120111 Sonoma Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet with Matching Soap Dispenser, Brushed Nickel

I purchased this faucet in May 2009 with much trepidation as I couldn't find any reviews for Premier Faucets. But it was the look I was going for and the price was right so I decided to "roll the dice". I received the faucet in 2-3 days in perfect condition. When I received it, I noticed there was no button to switch the water to "spray" so I assumed spraying wasn't an option. We installed it with no problems and learned that you can twist the head of the sprayer and it switches to spray mode. This is a beautiful faucet, made of all metal (with the exception of the pull down spray head) and works like a charm. I would have no reservations about ordering Premier to replace the rest of the faucets in my home.

Watts WP5-50 Premier Five-Stage Manifold Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment System

I was using a 5-stage Genesis V system from Havapure for years. It was quiet, and produced good water. I just moved and bought this system. It has an "air gap facuet" which means that it hisses when it's filtering. It sounds like a mini garden hose, and lasts for about 20 minutes for each glass of water. It's beyond irritating to have in the house. It was professionally installed, but it's going back to Amazon *tomorrow*. I can't believe people listen to this after each drink of water. I wish I could give it 0 stars...

Premier Zero Waste Reverse Osmosis System

I had the first Watts system and at the end of its life it would waste gallons and gallons of water, literally dumping it down the drain. As soon as I saw this system, I upgraded immediately since the zero-waste concept would pay for itself very quickly in SoCal (due to the high water cost). Since it is pressurized and pumps the "waste" water back into the hot water supply (to use for washing dishes, handwashing, etc.) I hired a plumber to do the install. It added $90 to the cost and gave me peace of mind.I was happy with the system but was ecstatic once I added the Watts mineralizer. This last addition makes all the difference in drinkability of the water.I gave the product 4 stars. If Watts included the mineralizer in the kit and explained why it was so important from a health/taste perspective, then I would have given it a perfect 5 stars.Buy this, but also buy the mineralizer and have it all professionally installed and you should be very happy if you are on municipal water. (I haven't used it with well water...maybe someone else can comment on this)

Premier 120026LF Sonoma Lead-Free Single-Handle Kitchen Faucet with Matching Side Spray, Oil Rubbed Bronze

I saw this faucet first on a few other websites. It had stellar reviews, but was quite a bit more expensive. On Overstock even the non-lead-free version sold (out) for $225. I could not believe my luck when I found it here for far less. This is a quality faucet, heavy, but easy to install. The handle can be installed to the right, like in the photo, or left; whichever you prefer. The lever is very easy to manipulate. I love that I can just use my wrist whenever my hands are sticky, which in a kitchen happens all the time.

Premier 120077 Essen Single-Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet with Soap Dispenser, Brushed Nickel

I've had this faucet now for over 5 months, and I continue to love it. Not only was it easy to install, but it is beautiful to look at. The pull down spout has been wonderful, and I much prefer it to the types of faucets that have a separate spray hose on the side. The hose is very sturdy, and goes right back into place when you're finished with it. We haven't had any issues of leaks whatsoever. The included soap dispenser makes the sink area look so sleek since I don't have to place a bottle of hand soap there any longer. Refilling the soap is a breeze, also. I love the look, and the functionality of it. I'd definitely purchase it again in a heartbeat.

Premier 120119 Torino Single-Handle High-Arc Kitchen Faucet with Matching Spray, Chrome

The faucet itself seems fine. It is nicely finished and seems to work just fine. I do have several problems with installation. First, the supply hoses that are supplied are not connected to the faucet. You cannot tighten then to the inlet supplies of the faucet with a wrench as the connections are within the handle of the faucet. They do have an o ring to prevent leaks and you can install them by turning the entire hose until it is pretty tight. I called premier faucet and asked how to tighten them and was told to just place pliers on the hose itself an give it a slight bump. I dont have any leaks from the faucet but it seems that it would have been so much easier if the hoses were connected during manufacture. More reliable too. I am worried about leaks from the o-ring in the futureThe second problem is the spray handle. It is very difficult to tighten this to the supply as the water supply hoses are in the way. The connection itself is not free spinning so you can only tighten it so much then the hose itself turns. This prevents a tight connection and it leaks. I tested it on an old faucet and saw it could be made tight but you need to place a wrench on the supply coupling which is impossible when the water hoses are in place or you need to try to keep the hose unkinked since it turns with the nut. Very difficult when the spray is installed as it must be first. I eventually used the spray from the previous faucet which was pretty much the same color. It had a higher grade connection…

Premier 120345LF Charlestown Lead-Free Two-Handle Bridge Kitchen Faucet with Matching Spray, PVD Brushed Nickel

We were looking for a "bridge-style" faucet for the kitchen for some time. Decided to spring on this one from Amazon. Let me just walk you through the thing before I give you the verdict (assuming you haven't already noticed how many stars I gave it!)1. Plastic. This thing has some metal and a LOT of plastic. The threaded studs where you screw on the 1/2" ID faucet hoses are brass, but the wing nuts you use to screw them on to the sink are plain old black plastic. I added threadlock to keep it tight but... seriously. Plastic? You should have a copper or brass washer and collar nut. This is CHEAP. The ENTIRE threaded neck and fixture that holds the flexible-hose sprayer is plastic. EVERYTHING. Even the threads are plastic. The wingnut is plastic. The cap on the top of stalk (which holds the swiveling faucet piece on) is plastic. There might be more. There's some real brushed nickel finish metal... and a LOT of plastic.2. It leaks. I'm not kidding. I know plumbing, electrics, computers, cars. I can fix ANYTHING. I got all the plumbing under the sink perfect, not a drop anywhere when I turned the water back on! Unfortunately, there was a steady leak streaming out of the swivel joint. The thing was brand new, straight out of the box, everything was firm and fitted, I even had the plastic on it while I installed it, and it LEAKS. UNBELIEVABLE. Don't even bother in the first place, the faucet leaks at the swivel joint and you obviously don't want that from a new faucet.UPDATE:…

Premier 120334LF Essen Lead-Free Single-Handle Commercial-Style Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet, PVD Brushed Nickel

I really like the look of this fixture and the metal has a very nice satin nickel finish. The 2 issues we have with the fixture are small and now that it is installed, we are just going to keep it. One, the spout handle pulls away from the metal rod and the 2 stream options are great, but you cannot pull it down or out. This is not a pull out faucet. You can pull it down about 2 inches because the spring allows this. But it is not like a typical pull out with any length of hose to work with. Also, once installed it does not come out far enough into the middle of the sink for use. It is very close to the back of the sink. It is ok, but it would be better if it came out maybe another 2 or 3 inches.
